Pet portraits:

All original pet portrait commissions will be sent out via Royal Mail 24hours tracked delivery.

The date of postage/project completion will be discussed at the initial point of commission.

Shop products:

​

Shop products will be shipped either via 1st class Royal mail delivery or 2nd class Royal mail delivery depending on the customers choice at point of purchase.

Please note your orders may be packed separately if different items require different packaging conditions, but we will do our best to avoid this when possible

Non UK delivery

We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to outside the UK including Northern Island.

​

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days - however if you require your order in a hurry, please get in touch via ejedmondsillustration@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
